Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, age not exceeding 45 years old, member of the Communist Party of China, background in project management, electronic engineering or related majors, with intermediate or above professional technical titles.

2. Have more than 5 years of project management experience in the electronic components industry, familiar with the entire project management process, and have rich practical and management experience in projects. Priority will be given to those with work experience in enterprises within the China Zhenhua system.

3. Possess strong abilities in plan execution, analysis and judgment, communication and coordination, as well as good writing skills, and proficient in using office application software.

 

Main job responsibilities

1. Research project management

(1) Assist in promoting policies and regulations related to scientific research;

(2) Assist in the planning, demonstration, application, review, and implementation of scientific research projects;

(3) Assist in carrying out management work such as supervision and coordination of scientific research project execution, ensuring that the contract performance rate meets the standard.

2. Technology management

(1) Assist in promoting policies and regulations related to technology management;

(2) Organize and carry out work related to technology management;

(3) Responsible for collecting, compiling, and reporting technological information.

3. Management of high-tech issues

(1) Assist in conveying and promoting the spirit of policies, regulations, and documents related to high-tech issues;

(2) Assist in organizing and promoting specific work on high-tech issues;

(3) Assist in collecting, organizing, and reporting on high-tech issues, and organize and promote relevant inspections and verifications.

4. Responsible for other work tasks assigned by leaders
