Metal ceramic encapsulated diode
Metal ceramic encapsulated diode is a semiconductor discrete device that uses a metal ceramic shell to encapsulate diode chips, covering various common diode categories such as rectifier diodes, switching diodes, transient suppression diodes, voltage regulation diodes, etc.
Among them, rectifier and switch diode products have more than 200 series and about 1200 models, with parameter capabilities covering a current range of 0.1~100A and a voltage range of 50V~1750V;
Voltage regulating diode products have 63 series and approximately 1200 models, with parameters covering various nominal voltage and power ranges in the electronics industry such as 2.4V~110V;
The transient voltage suppression diode product has approximately 4800 models in 148 series, with parameter coverage: power 160W~1000000KW, voltage coverage: 5V~578V;
Silicon carbide Schottky products have three voltage levels of 600V, 1200V, and 1700V, with over 40 products.
