To further implement the requirements of China Zhenhua's financial integration construction, on December 4th, Zhenhua Technology organized training on the operation of the private expense reimbursement system. Hu Guangwen, member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of Zhenhua Technology, attended and delivered a speech.

Hu Guangwen pointed out that the construction of financial integration is a key strategic project for China Zhenhua to promote digital transformation. It is necessary to effectively raise awareness, take the standardized and efficient operation of the private expense reimbursement system as the starting point, comprehensively promote the implementation and effectiveness of financial integration construction, strictly follow the unified deployment and node requirements of superiors, and make all work solid, detailed, and in place.

He emphasized,We must strengthen our responsibilities and ensure strict implementationThe financial managers of each subsidiary company should further enhance their position, strengthen their ideological understanding, tighten their responsibilities, and ensure that the training content is conveyed and executed effectively.Secondly, we must apply what we have learned to ensure effectiveness.Trainees should fully apply what they have learned in the training to practical work, actively guide and assist colleagues in improving their operational abilities based on proficient system operation, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of system use.Timely feedback is necessary to strengthen collaboration.Maintain good communication with the finance department of Zhenhua Technology in a timely manner regarding new situations and problems encountered during use, promote business process optimization and system function upgrades through top-down linkage and collaboration, and ensure the effectiveness of financial integration construction work.

This training was conducted in the form of "on-site+video", with more than 120 financial managers, accounting firm managers, expense accountants, cashiers, and relevant personnel from other business departments of Zhenhua Technology and its subsidiaries participating in the training.
